Known for her experimental moving-image work, Hanoi-based filmmaker Nguyen Trinh Thi continues to push the boundaries of film and video art. Produced as part of the Han Nefkens Foundation’s Moving Image Commission 2021, the multimedia video installation (2023) explores sensuous worlds within landscapes. Humans appear as peripheral, complementary subjects, probing conceptions of ecological synergy.
