With instant cosiness, a decent hood and strong eco-credentials, there’s plenty to love about the Expedition Pack Down Hoodie from Swedish firm Fjällräven.
On test, the Expedition Hoodie was one of the better-fitting jackets for me, as the cut of the jacket felt like it was designed to fit the female shape, following the line of the waist and hips without being too snug anywhere. The two-way zip improves range of movement. (Men’s version also available.)
Thanks to a soft fabric and comfortable fit, this is a jacket you’ll keepjacket qualities come at a cost, but if you’re willing to pay for a premium design, you’ll not be disappointed. A great option for walkers looking to stay warm on chilly hikes.
