Games preview 2024: here's what we're looking forward to playing, from Prince of Persia to Hades 2

If 2023 was a vintage year for gamers, 2024 is shaping up to be a good one too. Where the last twelve months have given us classics like the new Zelda and Baldur’s Gate 3, those upcoming promise sequels galore, remakes of old favourites and also (just maybe) the long-awaited publication of titles we’ve been waiting years to get our hands on (looking at you, Hollow Knight).

Here’s our roundup of the top releases to look forward to this coming year (though of course, gaming being what it is, these dates are very much subject to change).
