Striding into the shop, I grabbed a pair of smart black trousers.
Swished the fitting-room curtain shut.
Discarding my old school trousers, I pulled the new ones on.
A perfect fit, I thought.
Only, instead of taking them to the till, I hung my tatty old trousers on the hanger.
Left the changing rooms and put them on the rack right under the shop assistant's nose.
All before sauntering out the door without paying.
Heart racing, I scurried around the corner before taking a breath.
