Six shock qualifiers

ALBANIA

Albania confirmed their place at Euro 2024 with a cagey1-1 draw in Moldova. Despite the anticlimactic finale, the streets of central Tirana were soon flooded with Albanian supporters donning the iconic double-headed eagle, overjoyed by their nation reaching only its second-ever major tournament.

The qualification marks a risk successfully taken by the Albanian Football Association.
