COMMEMORATIVE COIN PRODUCERS CLOSE

There is a saying “Three strikes and you’re out.” We hope that isn’t true when it comes to coin collecting, but there is little question that the market for non-circulating legal tender commemorative coins has taken not one, but three hits recently.
