Best bird tables to feed our feathered friends in your garden

Studies have shown that watching birds can reduce stress, lower blood pressure and boost mood. So, even if you wouldn't consider yourself much of a bird watcher, investing in a bird table can be a great benefit to your well-being.

But if you're reading this, you've probably already decided you'd like to welcome more feathered friends into your life - or at least your garden. And, with 620 species of birds in the UK, the limit doesn't really exist when it comes to what you can see from your kitchen window.
