    The joy of a Christmas tree

    This resonates so much with me [Sophia Alexandra Hall’s article on being in foster care at Christmas, Issue 1594, 11 December]. I did the very same. Grew up in care, and when I bought my own home by myself I got the biggest Christmas tree I could, and each year I bought one extra decoration for it
