It’s been a big month in GA

Firstly, the Western Sydney Airport draft Environmental Impact Statement was released for feedback, leading to much speculation as to the future of the Bankstown/Camden training area. With the reduction of the GA training area by more than half, there are going to be some significant changes for GA pilots in Sydney in 2026.

Training will be limited to the SW, which will significantly impact students and operators
