When I switched from my lineside trainspotting on the Southern Region at Weybridge to the Western at Iver,Ihad to make a number of adjustments. At Weybridge, the slow lines were outside the fast lines, so a local train formed by an EMU could block the view of a through train and prevent one from seeing the number
