Well, it took a few years, but CD Projekt finally finished the game it said was finished back in December of 2020. If you're the stealthy sort of V who prefers slithering through levels and taking down gang members without being seen, you'll definitely want the Stealth Finishers mod by Kvalyr. Stealth in is pretty satisfying and there are a good number of perks dedicated to it, but as you begin silently dropping enemies you'll quickly notice there's something amiss. The only two animations for stealth takedowns are choking someone out or snapping their necks.
