SKODA KAROQ FROM $43,090

Czech brand Skoda’s Karoq mid-size SUV shares its structure, and most hardware, with parent company VW’s Tiguan.

Karoq is priced at $43,090 for the 110kW/250Nm 1.4-litre turbopetrol four-cylinder/eightspeed automatic/front-wheeldrive 110TSI Style.

That’s an increase of almost $8500 over its 2021 price, so the Karoq is no longer the great value SUV it used to be. Skoda has also cut warranty coverage from seven years to five on all models.
