Woman who used nine ‘fabricated’ AI cases in court loses appeal

A woman who used nine “fabricated” ChatGPT cases to appeal against a penalty for capital gains tax has had her case rejected by a court.

Felicity Harber was charged £3,265 after she failed to she sold. She appeared in court to appeal the decision and cited cases which the court found were and had been generated bysuch as ChatGPT.
