CROYDON EBA’S pre-Christmas meeting was a very happy morning, with the raffle raising £70. We were delighted that Rob Benson and Leigh Crompton made the trip up from Sussex – and that both won prizes in the raffle.
Leigh also produced two programmes from Croydon’s Fairfield Halls, from October 1987 and March 1988, both featuring local Chris Blake. I covered the 1987 as his “best showing to date”.
