WORK AS OWNERS OF VINTAGE HOMEWARES SHOP, THE PEANUT VENDOR

A FEW YEARS AGO, LONDON COUPLE BARNY READ AND BECKY NOLAN STARTED SNIFFING OUT LOCATIONS TO START UP THEIR VINTAGE FURNITURE SHOP. BARNY WENT ON HIS BICYCLE AND PEDALLED THROUGH NEWINGTON GREEN, WHICH WAS NEXT TO WHERE HE AND BECKY LIVED IN ISLINGTON. ALTHOUGH THERE WASN’T MUCH GOING ON IN THE AREA AT THE TIME, BARNY KEPT HIS EYE ON ONE PLACE, WHICH HE SOON REALISED WAS GREAT. IT WAS AN EXCELLENT SIZE, A GOOD PRICE, AND HAD DECENT FOOT TRAFFIC FOR THE TYPE OF CUSTOMERS THEY WANTED.
