CLAIRE RITCHIE AND DEAN ROMEO bought their house before they’d even set foot in it. “One of our really good friends went to the viewing and FaceTimed us,” Dean says. “We trusted her, and we were just like, ‘Let’s do it, it feels right.’”

“We look for a vibe in a home more than anything – something that’s got a good feel, a good energy to it – and this place had that,” says Claire.
