6 slices white bread, frozen
1 (9-ounce) container cherry tomatoes
1 (8-ounce) package sliced fresh mozzarella
Balsamic glaze*, for topping
Extra-virgin olive oil, for topping
Flaky sea salt, for topping
Garnish: fresh basil, cracked black pepper
1. Using a 2-inch square cutter, cut out 2 pieces from each slice of bread.
Using a mandoline, slice tomatoes into
