As the saying goes, all good things must come to an end. I’ve thoroughly enjoyed writing the Magnus Marketing Minute these last three years, and appreciate all of the positive feedback that everyone has shared. Over the last 36 issues, I’ve had the honor of sharing tidbits about marketing and business through a combination of shared experiences and interviews with some of the finest folks in the industry.
That said, earlier this year, I shared with the team at ShopTalk! Magazine that I needed to plan to wrap up the series at the end of 2023. Things continue to get busier in life with an ambitious wife, two young (and active) kids, a full-time corporate job and several other business ventures. Unfortunately, my time available for writing has gotten more and more sparse.
I’ll still be around, contributing the occasional article or teaching business workshops. But this change also makes way for someone else to come in and share their thoughts and perspectives. In 2024, this space will become a new column with Liisa Andreassen focusing on the history of leatherworking.
