Pramod Kumar Gupta from Nepal now works for CCCC First Highway Consultants Co. Ltd., a highway planning and design institute in Xi’an, Shaanxi Province in northwest China. Having been in China for almost 25 years, he said the city has been the scene of his college graduation, marriage and career.
