    Jamie Lynn Spears has quit I'm A Celebrity... Get Me Out of Here! on "medical grounds".

    The American star becomes the second celeb to leave the jungle for health reasons days after food critic Grace Dent's shock exit.

    ITV confirmed Spears' exit on Wednesday, announcing in a statement to The Standard: "Jamie Lynn Spears has left I'm A Celebrity...Get Me Out Of Here! on medical grounds.
