Should Thomas Tuchel feel secure as Bayern Munich boss?

On the basis that he is one of the world’s most accomplished coaches and has only been in the post since late March, Tuchel should be aprotected species at the Allianz Arena. The reality, though, is somewhat different. In previous jobs – at Mainz, Dortmund, Paris Saint-Germain and Chelsea – this most prickly of characters has always ended up at odds with those around him, and similar fault lines seem to be appearing at Bayern.

Tuchel never has been one for the diplomatic, pointed out that Bayern’s bench was full of internationals. Hoeness, still the power behind the throne at Bayern, added that there would be no significant incomings in January.
