THERE might come a time in Shakur Stevenson’s promising career when his date with Edwin de los Santos will be spoken of with a warped sense of affection, but even within a culture of the shortest of memories, what unfolded between them means that that time, should indeed it come, will arrive in years rather than months or weeks.
