THE DILEMMA now is which seat base to use. I’ve ended up with two of them for the old BMW R75/5. There’s the one I’d sent away for repairs by my local restorer and there’s Chris MacRae’s one. It’s a toss-up between the two. The decision will come down to a few minor differences.
