Applying liquid eyeliner can be tricky. at a 45-degree angle from the end of your lashes. Facing your temples, run your liquid liner over the edge of the tape to form your cat-eye shape. Remember to keep the skin taut, clean up lines with a cotton bud and don’t stress about making each side identical.
