1970 HONDA ST70

Q: I’m confused over the frame and engine number of my Honda ST70 Type1. It has ‘matching’ numbers: 045002, frame ST70-045002 and engine ST70E-045002; date of first registration in 05/70. Could it be some kind of a pre-production bike? Please help me with this? Or point me in the right direction to ask my questions. I have owned my bike for over 20 years and no answer to this. The bike is in pretty good original condition.

It certainly is unusual if the engine and frame numbers match on an old Honda bike, and more unusual is the fact that Honda does not seem to recognise any ST70 bikes having a frame number starting with a zero. So your theory about
