BMW X5 FROM $134,900

BMW recently hiked X5 prices by $8000-$10,000 as part of a major update that includes more powerful mild hybrid drivetrains. The range now opens with the xDrive 30d, running a 210kW/650Nm 3.0-litre straight six turbodiesel, priced at $134,900.

The xDrive 40i, with a 280kW/520Nm turbopetrol six, is $138,900, the 360kW/700Nm xDrive 50e plug-in hybrid is $149,900 and the M60i, with a 390kW/750Nm twin turbopetrol 4.4-litre V8 is $172,900.
