Nissan’s fifth-generation Pathfinder is a large SUV now offered with seven or eight seats.
Both models are powered by a 202kW/340Nm 3.5-litre V6 petrol engine matched with a nine-speed automatic. Drive goes to all wheels in a high range only system with torque distributed to either axle via an electronically controlled central coupling.
The Ti AWD eight-seater, tested here, is $71,490.
Top spec Ti-L AWD, with two individual rear seats replacing the three-person bench, is $81,490.
