It started wet and just got wetter at Oulton Park, but that couldn’t stop Circuit Rally champion Mark Kelly and co-driver Richard Scarbrough taking a dominant victory their Skoda Fabia R5 on the opening round of the MN-supported MGJ Engineering Circuit Rally Championship.
