There’s gold in them thar hills

IN cartological terms, how far do the Cotswolds extend? Blenheim Palace at Woodstock, the pre-covid seat of the Cotswold Antique Dealers’ Association (CADA) Fair, marks what is generally accepted as the extreme south-eastern point, but quibblers could argue that Compton Verney, well into Warwickshire to the north-east, might be beyond the pale.
