was putting this issue of to bed, satisfied with the way it was looking, at the last minute Apple goes ahead and announces new products due to be launched just a day later. Interestingly, back when we were a does go on sale just a week later after it’s been put to bed, the content is much more timely. Naturally, we’re never going to trouble online news outlets which are able to get the content out there within minutes of it being announced, but then again they’re never going to trouble the high–quality, carefully curated nature of magazines. So there. Plus, I figure that a decent number of people reading magazines are a little more relaxed about what’s going on in life, and probably aren’t desperate to have the latest Apple news instantly beamed to their iPhones.
