DRESSAGE RIDER AND trainer Alex Harrison purchased the bay gelding Sacha unseen after spotting him in a 30-second clip on the internet.

“I thought, ‘oh goodness’, when he stepped off the lorry as he was quite small,” Alex reveals. “He also doesn't have the best conformation, having a long back and not the best knees, and he turned out to have a slightly hot temperament, but on the positive side he's naturally supple, has great expression and a fantastic work ethic — in fact, he would work all day long if he could. He's also very willing to learn new things. Because he's buzzy, though, it's important to always keep his mind occupied.”
