All I want for Christmas is food

I HAVE a confession to make: I have never given my dogs Christmas presents. This is apparently unusual, as the great majority of Britain’s dogs receive a gift on the big day. A quick check online for canine Christmas presents yielded more than 21 million results, so there’s no shortage of suggestions as to what you can buy your four-legged friend this festive season. Many, as you can imagine, are dreadful. I doubt any dog of mine would want to be seen at the Boxing Day Meet wearing a Father Christmas jumper
