Money matters with effie

Research from the Australian Loyalty Association found that nine in 10 Australians are members of at least one loyalty program and, on average, Aussies are members of six in total. Customer loyalty program specialist, The Point of Loyalty, recently ranked 68 programs as part of its annual consumer research study. The highest score of 80 went to Flybuys, while the lowest score of 61 went to Accor Live Limitless. The average score was 68.6.

I thought I’d take a closer look at the best-scoring programs in the categories of groceries, fast food, petrol, retail and beauty.

You can collect at least one point per dollar spent at Coles and other retail partners such as Officeworks, Kmart, Target, Bunnings Warehouse and Liquorland.
