IF THERE was a trophy for backing our boys and being all-round fans they could take it home tomorrow.
Of course, they’re no ordinary watchers of the ICC Men’s Cricket World Cup being held in India this year – they’re the wives and girlfriends, or WAGs as they’ve become known, of the Proteas.
The women are supporting their guys, who are trying to clinch their maiden world title since South Africa’s readmission into the sport in 1991, and it’s clear they’d go in to bat for their sporting heroes any day.
