HEADING OUT

The home of the moai in Easter Island, forest-covered Raja Ampat in Indonesia, the remote Pitcairn Islands and the red-rock coastline of the Kimberley in north-west Australia are among the adventurous places that new ship will be sailing in its first full year of operation. The ultra-luxury expedition ship, which launched in August, will spend next summer in the Pacific, where snorkelling and diving trips, kayaking excursions, Zodiac cruises and nature walks will get guests closer to the flora and fauna of these off-the-beaten-track islands. The itineraries run from March to October 2024 and include the South Pacific from Chile to Melanesia, featuring unusual stops such as the remote Juan Fernandez archipelago off the shores of South America, where fur seals and pink-footed shearwaters await.
