Inspired by Chloe Matters’ own wedding in Puglia, the outdoor kitchen of the designer’s previous Sydney residence is a masterclass in the same pared-back materiality present throughout the masseria-style abode. Concealing the pizza oven in plaster serves to provide both form and function, allowing it to sit within the space without becoming the main feature, mirroring the minimalist interior from which it flows.
