But is it art?

Former Italian prime minister and billionaire Silvio Berlusconi (pictured) had collected over 25,000 paintings before his death in June. That inheritance has now become a hassle for his heirs, says Ido Vock on BBC News. Berlusconi “liked to buy portraits of women [which] he” – poor works of little to no value. That would not be so bad if it were not for the costs of storing the collection. According to La Repubblica, the warehouse in which it is kept costs €800,000 a year to run.
