Odds are good that by 2035, you won’t be able to buy a new gasoline-powered automobile. Sure, California and New York have passed legislation mandating exactly that, but I doubt there will be laws in most places around the world prohibiting the sale of internal combustion powerplants. The reason you won’t be able to buy one is you’re not rich enough.
