Living in Australia, everyone knows that there will be a hot, dry period, and this summer in particular is looking like it may break some records. Here at the farm we learnt the hard way. Shortly after buying it, we got busy planting out hundreds of English-style cottage plants, only for them to die during the drought due to lack of water.
