SOUTHEND & DISTRICT BS

THE society staged its 66th silver championship show in early August and received an increase in the total entry of 353 from 30 exhibitors, with 269 birds benched for Phil Dye, Bob McCabe and Terry Sadler to judge. This was an improvement from last year's entry of 306, reports Ghalib Al-Nasser.

As always, the society is indebted to those who sponsored the show in the form of section rosettes or placing an advert in the schedule. The biggest sponsorship was received from The Lock &
