Q My mother, Betty Lilian Bravery, was born on 29 September 1920 in Friern Barnet, London. She was adopted into the Brock family in 1922, but I have found no registration of this.
She married my father, Leslie Gadd, on 27 September 1941 at St John the Divine, Gainsborough, Lincolnshire, and died on 19 May 1999 in Blackburn, Lancashire.
