Excellent use of a leading line as a compositional tool along with a long exposure to blur the in-coming tide has. It really does grab your attention and then hold it which is the mark of a great photograph. Trace used a Sony A7R II with the Sony FE 16-35mm f/2.8 GM wide-angle zoom (at 16mm) and the exposure was two seconds at f/16 and ISO 250. The location is the historic Queenscliff South Pier on Port Phillip Bay in Victoria.
