…AND NOT ONE, BUT TWO FUJINON GF TILT/ SHIFT LENSES

new lenses for the Fujifilm GFX mirrorless medium format system and two of them are tilt/shift models. Tilt/shift lenses are immensely useful and were common in most rollfilm medium format camera systems. The shift adjustment corrects for perspective and the tilt increases the depth-of-fieldment is between zero and 90 degrees. The total shift displacements are +/-15 millimetres – maintain an 85 millimetres diameter imaging circle – and the tilts can be up to +/-8.5 degrees with the 30mm and up to +/-10.0 degrees for the 110mm. Both lenses have a built-in sensor which detects the degree of shifting and revolving movements and this data is shown in the live view display and is also recorded in the image's Exif data so it's available when processing RAW files. This feature is currently only available with the new GFX 100 II, but will be added to other G mount models with future firmware upgrades. Due to the tilt/shift mechanism, both lenses are manual focus only.
