Full Throttle – The Schumacher Collection, an auction of 159 items amassed by a Japanese fan and collector, reported US$2.6 million in sales in September. The lots included race-worn clothing and gear, such as his 2003 Schuberth Scuderia Ferrari Formula 1 helmet (US$120,000), 2005 Puma Formula 1 racing boots (US$5,040) and a signed rear wind plate from his 2003 Scuderia Ferrari F2003-GA car (US$25,200).
