    I was in Perth today and was saddened to hear Rab (Perth High St) the Big Issue seller has passed. I am originally from Glasgow but have lived here for over 20 years and known Rab to be on Perth High Street for many of them, come rain, wind or shine. Rab was an exemplary model for the Big
