THE GREAT BAIT DEBATE

Seasoned anglers occasionally blank despite adopting all the tactics they can muster during a disappointing and frustrating session. Making their way wearily back home they rack their brains to fathom out what they could have done to improve their chances of catching a fish. One issue which crops up time after time is whether the bait they used – particularly worm bait – was as good as it could have been, not least in relation to the long-debated question of whether farmed worms are more effective than the wild worms they dig for themselves.
