WHAT IS GUTS DANCE?

COMPANY

BASED in Mparntwe (Alice Springs) in the Northern Territory, GUTS Dance is the only platform of its kind in a 1500km radius. Established in 2018 by dance artists Frankie Snowdon and Madeleine Krezek, it is a contemporary dance organisation offering opportunities for investigation, creation and education. GUTS is undergirded by a desire to generate contemporary dance by community, for community, and with community – a motivation the pair have been passionate about since their schooldays at the Victorian College of the Arts.
