Over 15 years ago they stopped building and instead focus all their timewell as local projects near their home base in Miami, Florida and throughout the USA. Among recent projects are the new main pool at the Hamilton Princess Hotel and Beach Club in Bermuda; Ani Villas pools and water features in both Sri Lanka and the Dominican Republic; and several projects for Sir Richard Branson in the BVI on Moskito Island.
