INGREDIENTS
• 400g/14oz fresh clams• 500g/1lb 2oz fresh mussels• 2 tbsp olive oil• 1 shallot, peeled and chopped• 1 tsp fennel seeds• 2 cloves garlic, peeled and chopped• 50ml/2fl oz pastis• 150g/5oz shelled raw prawns• 4 tbsp crème fraîche• 300g/11oz fresh tagliolini or 180g/6¾oz dried tagliolini or tagliatelle• Handful of fresh herbs (parsley, chives, chervil), finely chopped• Juice of 1 lemon• Salt and freshly ground black pepper
