■ Embroidery thread (we used DMC stranded cotton in 734 (yellow), 3816 (green), 666 (red), 352 (peach), 07 (light brown), 898 (dark brown), 3847 (dark green), 992 (jade green), 498 (dark red), 310 (black) and blanc (white))
■ Gold metallic embroidery thread (we used DMC Mouline Light Effects in E677) ■ Fine-tipped white fabric marker
■ 18cm (7⅛”) embroidery hoop
■ Size 5 embroidery needle
■ Size 7 embroidery needle
■ Embroidery scissors
■ Hot glue gun
